The fascinating world of photography

So, at this point you saw my photographs and now you want to know about me.

Actually, my photography career can be described in a sentence: I got my first camera when I was fifteen years old, and I was amazed what can be done with it.

I began my career with taking portraits of my schoolmates with an old film camera and developing them in a dark bathroom.
When I was serving in the Navy I fell in love with the sea. That’s why on my photographs you can see lots of seascapes.
My photographs at present are focused on landscapes, seacoasts and the sea itself off the East coast of Ireland. They have been printed in various European and American magazines and newspapers and were used as inspiration for other photographers.

I found the best time for me is somewhere in nature: in a forest, night field, lonely beach or mid of the sea, where I can feel its genuineness. When a storm is coming, the wind is blowing, when the Sun is just rising or when the night is falling to the sea. For me, it is not only about getting the perfect photo of a bird, an animal, or a landscape but more about being there and feeling the uniquely intense mood of the Wild Nature.
